About the event
Teen Talk Forum is an opportunity for Teens and Young Adults to come together and address mental health challenges such as depression, feelings of isolation and self-esteem issues that causes them to turn to drugs, alcohol, other substances or destructive behaviors as a way of coping with the ups and downs of everyday life.
During the Teen Talk Forum, participants will engage in group and individual activities that will allow them to explore their feelings of self-worth and recognize the triggers that may lead them to negative behaviors toward self, family and others. Participants will also understand that they are not alone in their feelings of inadequacy but learning positive coping skills will lead them to productive outcomes.
Breakfast and Lunch will be served and this event is FREE! See you there!
